Inclusive Illinois at the iSchool

Inclusive Illinois—one campus, many voices—is the University's commitment to cultivating a community at Illinois where everyone is welcomed, celebrated, and respected. By sharing our individual and collective voices—through education, active engagement, and outreach—we contribute to excellence, thus enriching the Illinois Experience.

On-campus students can stop by our iSchool tables in the school's East Foyer from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. to learn more about some of our School's faculty and student research that addresses issues of diversity and inclusion, try out board games from around the world, make a personal commitment to inclusion, and more! The Center for Children's Books will also be open during that time to highlight a book display on inclusion and diversity.

Off-campus students can participate virtually by making personal commitments to inclusion and join in the conversation by following #ischoolui on Twitter for photos, discussions, and more. In addition, check out the calendar of campus events open to the broader Illinois community.
