The Tenure Process in Academic Libraries and its Alternatives

Organizers from the University Library and the iSchool invite you to attend a panel discussion on tenure and its alternatives in academic libraries. Panelists will share their experience with the tenure process, both here at Illinois and at other institutions. You will also hear about processes that are used as alternatives to tenure. A reception in the east foyer of the iSchool building will follow.

This event is open to the public. iSchool students, alumni, early career librarians, and anyone interested in academic librarianship are encouraged to attend.
