Your iSchool password gives you access to the technology tools that are specific to the School of Information Sciences.

How do I change my password?
You can log in to the password service to change your password. You will log in using your University of Illinois password. If you don't have a University of Illinois account or you are having trouble logging in, please call the iSchool Help Desk at (217) 244-4903 or (800) 377-1892. We are able to set temporary passwords on the phone, but cannot send passwords in email.
When does this password expire?
Passwords must be changed annually and old passwords cannot be reused. Please see Leaving the School for more information. Additionally, this account will expire for nondegree students at the beginning of the next semester.
