How do I activate it?
You must claim your UIN. Go to the Retrieving Your UIN page.
What is it used for?
You use your UIN to manage University-related activities such as borrowing library materials or ordering transcripts.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
There is no password associated with your UIN. If you've forgotten your UIN, you can either find it on your i-Card or check the Retrieving your UIN page.
When does this password expire?
Your UIN does not expire or change.
