Events Policy

To promote an event as sponsored by the iSchool, the organizer must first receive permission. This is accomplished by contacting a member of the core faculty or the School's administration and obtaining written approval. Policy for Paper Postings / Flyers

The two smaller glass "events" boards (located in the east lobby and basement) are reserved for use by administrative staff. Faculty and students may use the glass case by the basement kitchen, the two larger bulletin boards in the basement hallway, the bulletin board in the second-floor kitchen area, and the bulletin board in the student lounge on the second floor (by the photocopier).

Please do not post flyers on spaces other than the bulletin boards in the iSchool building and especially not on walls, doors, etc. Your cooperation with this policy will help keep the building free from clutter on the walls and doors and assist the School in staying compliant with the University's fire prevention initiatives.
