Nicole Ellison, Karl E. Weick Collegiate Professor of Information at the University of Michigan, will present "Reflecting Identity, Signaling Attention, Shaping Language: Examining Digital Social Practices," as part of the Institute of Communications Research (ICR) Distinguished Speaker Series.

Nicole B. This research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the National Academies of Science.

This event is sponsored by the School of Information Sciences and the Institute of Communications Research
