Strategies for reading social science research

Join Associate Professor Kate McDowell and Professor Michael Twidale for an overview of effective reading strategies for your courses. If you are familiar with technical writing but less familiar with scholarly writing on social issues, including analysis of information systems and social issues in information technology, then this session is for you! It is inspired by a blog post by Miriam E. Sweeney (PhD '13) titled, "How to Read for Grad School."

Contact Kirstin Phelps for more information.
