Our students possess rich technological knowledge combined with an understanding of people and society. Business solutions

Corporations partner with our faculty and staff on special projects and trainings that focus on finding solutions to key challenges. The iSchool also offers opportunities to engage with students through our Business Intelligence Group (BIG). This consulting program, led by Associate Professor Yoo-Seong Song, connects graduate students with international, national, and regional clients to solve information and technology problems.

The iSchool is at the forefront of research innovation. Corporations are invited to partner on sponsored research in areas of special interest and engage with our research centers: Center for Health Informatics, Center for Informatics Research in Science and Scholarship, Midwest Big Data Innovation Hub, HathiTrust Research Center, and the Center for Children’s Books.
