Professor Emeritus Donald W. Krummel passed away on June 25, 2026, in Urbana, Illinois, at the age of 96.

Travis L. Wagner is the recipient of the 2026 James M. Cretsos Leadership Award, which recognizes a new ASIS&T member who has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities in professional ASIS&T activities.

As the oldest iSchool in the Midwest, our MSLIS program, established 133 years ago, has left an indelible mark on the ALA.
