Research focus

My research focus dwells on the usability of information systems/digital technologies (user experience) among academics and librarians to solve specific and general problems in the university environment. What is most significant is how user authentication, digital skills, and access help in this scenario. This research further thrives to find out issues surrounding identifying particularly annoying and confusing interfaces and collecting people’s opinions about the suitability, appropriateness/cultural acceptability, and likely effectiveness of complaining about these interfaces. The study of people’s experiences on how information systems/digital technologies have helped to improve their work performance become of core importance in this context.
