iSchool Leadership Series: Personal Leadership Styles & Group Settings

Ever work on a team, or plan to? Interpersonal communication and teamwork are some of the highest rated skills necessary for MS/LIS graduates, according to a recent survey by Simmons College, but they are also skills that are often hard to perform effectively. To do so requires personal self awareness about your own preferences and personal styles, in order to appreciate and understand how to best work with others.

Join this interactive session to explore different leadership styles, increase self-awareness about your personal preferences in team settings, and gain ideas for how to work better with others.
