Progressive Librarians Guild and Queer Library Alliance Virtual Meet Up

Are you interested in social justice and human rights and how they overlap with librarianship? If so, come check out the Progressive Librarians Guild and the Queer Library Alliance! The Progressive Librarians Guild (PLG) is a student group that promotes open exchange of radical views on library issues, and the Queer Library Alliance (QLA) is a group for iSchool students to discuss issues faced by LGBTQ information workers and to explore ways that librarians and archivists can provide better service to LGBTQ patrons. Both groups are safe places for iSchool students to share their perspectives, talk about issues they are passionate about, and have fun and connect with fellow iSchool students.
