iSchool CPT Workshop

The iSchool is partnering with International Student and Scholar Services to offer a workshop on applying for Curricular Practical Training (CPT). This workshop is available online and in-person.

If you are an international student on an F-1 visa, you should understand Curricular Practical Training and be prepared to apply for it when you receive an internship offer from an external (outside of UIUC) company or organization.

You cannot apply for CPT until you have an offer for an internship, but if you are considering an internship opportunity or are currently securing an offer, we welcome you to join us for a one-hour discussion prior to submitting your application to the iSchool.
