Where do you work, and what is your role?

I work at Caterpillar as a digital consultant, where my team and I have the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data and decision-making. We manage Google Analytics at the enterprise level for all of our company's websites, ensuring that teams have access to the accurate and actionable data they need to drive results. Whether it's making data available, simplifying complex reports, or helping stakeholders understand the story behind the numbers, we're there to support the process. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping people make informed, data-driven decisions that have a tangible impact on the business. We also take pride in maintaining the integrity of the data through regular audits and quality assurance, ensuring everything is in top shape. It's a role where you're constantly learning, solving real-world problems, and making a direct difference in how the company operates.

What do you like best about your job?

Every day brings new learning opportunities. I enjoy the unpredictability of my work—whether it's coming up with innovative ideas, learning a new tech stack, or helping business users solve problems. The diversity in my tasks keeps me engaged and constantly growing.

What do you see as the most important impact of your work?

I see the most important impact of my work as helping teams run their operations more efficiently while making data-driven decisions. By improving products and streamlining processes, I contribute to reducing manual tasks, allowing the team to focus their time and efforts on more valuable activities that drive better outcomes.
