CIRSS researchers present at the 2014 American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting

CIRSS researchers made a strong showing as they shared their expertise in scientific data curation at the 47th annual Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU). The meeting was held December 15-19 in San Francisco, California, and is the largest worldwide conference in the geophysical sciences, gathering more than 24,000 Earth and space scientists, educators, students, and other leaders.

Representing CIRSS at this year’s AGU conference were GSLIS Ph.D. students Andrea Thomer, Jacob Jett, and Cheryl Thompson, and master's students Sean Gordon and Chung-Yi (Sophie) Hou. Gordon and Hou presented on work related to their Summer 2014 internships at NCAR as part of the DCERC program.
