Prior to joining the iSchool, Lewis worked on campus as an office manager for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation. Before coming to the University of Illinois, she served for fifteen years as an administrative assistant at Hobbico.

"This will be my first experience in an academic unit. I look forward to broadening my knowledge of University policies and procedures as well as expanding my campus network," she said.

Outside of work, Lewis enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering for the Champaign County Humane Society as a dog walker or member of the event staff.
